  9.  AB    The Eudes Foundation started its activities in 1988. Seven houses were
  10.        adapted two offer psychologia, physia and affective support along the
  11.        whole spectrum of HIV infection AIDS disease. Up to 70 people can be
  12.        attended in each house, and so far, more than 100 patients have died in
  13.        its locations, accompanied by self-support groups and by Foundation
  14.        staff. Love is the best remedy, is our key message. Finantial support is
  15.        provided by voluntary donations. Government support has gained during
  16.        the last year. The main obstacles we have found are the negative
  17.        attitudes from some neighbors were care-houses are located. During 1993
  18.        a whole human rights process went to civil court. The local Community
  19.        leaders of the District La Patria, (Bogota), acussed the EUDES
  20.        Foundation of being responsible for the danger of infection and
  21.        Teenagers mental-health illenes in the district. Fourtunately, Court
  22.        favoured EUDES Foundation.
